New Exeter Bus Station Headquarters and Matford Park and Ride

Type: Transport – New Bus Station Location: Marsh Barton Trading Estate, Exeter

We provided Civil Engineering design and detailing for Andrew Cowie Construction Ltd, which has been an exciting fast track project involving assessment of existing features, services, drainage and integrating these with the new design.

We have had to pull together initial scheme drawings and coordinate these with Employers requirements, on site features, drainage, surfaces etc. The work has involved design of the road layouts, car parking, drainage, surfacing and structures. The fairly flat nature of the site has presented us with challenges with regard to drainage and we have had to carry out our own investigations to identify locations of existing drains.
