Ottery Valley Dairy

This project involved construction of a new oak framed Ice Cream Parlour for Otter Valley Dairy. The final elements included a café, office and drain design and also the external retaining walls.

Our involvement was to provide structural engineering support for the new building and the design of a spectacular traditional oak frame which is a major architectural feature of the building.

The building has been completed to a very high standard with impressive results.
