This is a very high quality terrace of five four-storey luxury houses situated in a prime location. The site is sloping with the building cut into the hillside involving part basement construction, necessitating retaining wall design and waterproofing measures. We provided the necessary structural details for the substructure of the building including foundations, retaining walls, tanking, structural load bearing walls and a floor slab to support upper stories of timber frame construction.
