Housing Development at Sundown

Type: Residential Development – Housing Estate Location: Exmouth, South Devon

We have recently completed the full design and detailing for the roads and drainage for this housing development, which has now been adopted by the local authorities. This was not a straight forward project due to tight access requirements into the site together with poor ground conditions necessitating specialist design, which has now all been completed successfully and on time.

We were also involved in the design and detailing of structural elements for the houses, retaining walls and foundations.
